Dear Exhibitor / dear sport friends,

We would like thank you for your interest in the spring fair and hope to welcome you as a participant.

The documents for the spring exhibition would send 2016 therefore in this way. The event will take place on 5th and 6th March in the Expo Houten. We think that we have put together an attractive package, with numerous improvements, which certainly meet you as an exhibitor!

– Along with the new hall 1, the total exhibition area has grown to approximately 10,000 square meters.

– Exhibitors in Halls 1 and 2 must occupy their stand on both days ever!

– In the event of restriction measures (due to bird flu or atypical avian influenza and the like) takes the Spring Fair in Hall 1 and Hall 2 held in any case.

The paid rent of cage will be again returned in the event of a bird flu on your account, as well as the rent for Dove stands in Hall 2.

– At new exhibitors exclusively the normal 30 / 30cm pigeon cages and not so-called rabbit cages are rented.

– The Spring Fair has about 250 exhibitors and is visited by about 8,500 participants from all over Europe.

– Free stand space occupied by information stands of ornamental pigeons clubs or offers of so-called non-pigeon racing articles.

– Ticket sales will take place no longer outside but inside, which is much safer and moreover warm and dry.

– For the safety of exhibitors and visitors, we transferred this year from the card check and issuing assurance completely at Expo Houten.

– From this year all exhibitors MUST order their tickets themselves via a special website of Expo Houten. In February more daüber…

In addition you will find all relevant information, i.e. cover letter, the registration form and a preliminary plan for 2016. Also I would like to point out that each exhibitor in due time can order tickets for the stand tenant entrance at Expo Houten! Still we would like to inform you that the general terms and conditions apply also for your trade fair visit. This you can contact us, and a copy together with the invoice to you will be sent.

Decide consciously for a certain size of the stand and thus for the place in the Hall complex and read carefully the attached documents. You will receive an invoice for the total amount to be paid. For any questions you can call anytime. Otherwise that is left me you already times good preparation and (sellers of youngsters) to wish much success with breeding.
