Spring fair in Houten style hits the nail on the head…
"32 provider of youngsters sold out on the first day of the fair!"
It was a weekend where you could enjoy pigeon sport at the highest level. It seemed as if fanciers wanted to fraternise from all parts of Europe, East, West, North and South, gained the impression wanted all dying meet each other. The exhibition in Houten had over 250 exhibitors at the weekend. With an extra large terrace in Hall 3 and a new terrace in Hall 1 there was plenty of room for visitors. "Fraternizing with old and new friends" seemed the motto to be. What an atmosphere!
More than 30 Dove sellers were already sold out on Saturday. That has never been there!
At one of the pigeon, jokingly, was proposed to be to regulate the order of prospective numbers next year. The boy out of hand have been literally ripped him! And but there were still plenty of choice for the visitors on Sunday. There was much interest in the different levels of the grandstand flights. I can not say here that these exhibitors booths were crowded, but quickly hundreds of promising youngsters have been logged, compete for the big prizes in Europe and around the world.
The beauty of a large exhibition is that visitors want to can compare all races well and decide, in which they participate. The same applies of course also for the upcoming racing season, which feed supplements and natural products to be used in this year. Because without this, it is almost impossible to play every week around the top. Also at this party, there was great interest among visitors.
With the prospect of nice spring weather all winter problems facing the be pushed because the new season comes! We will fly again soon with the pigeons and you could feel that all visitors and exhibitors. Everyone is happy again.
With almost the same number of visitors as in the previous years (about 8500), our sport showed up alive as never before on the Expo Houten. The PROFF sports team has again all efforts made to it all visitors to do so right as possible and I hope that you enjoyed it at the spring fair in Houten.
