Since that time, we have endeavored to add high-quality corn to our mixes, namely CRIBBS air-dried corn (from the French word “cribler” = select the best). This corn is naturally kiln dried by sun and wind for 6 months and is of the best quality in terms of nutritional value, sugars, starch and germinability compared to machine hot air dried corn. Over the years we have developed good relationships with the French farmers who produce this corn and who still practice their profession with heart and soul.
Today we can guarantee that our blends are made year in, year out with consistently excellent quality cribbs corn.
