Pigeon Olympiad 2015 in Budapest:

An event for all pigeon fanciers visitors to or a two-class society?

The Olympic idea is: Many participants meet to exchange ideas. On Friday were little at the exhibition Visitors. The VIP's were of course already. To the sporting, what matters: the Polish carrier pigeons were in most classes the most (13 of the 24 possible medals; both in the sport class as well in the standard class!). "Youngsters" F 5, 9, 10 of 57; Cat. G "Yearlings" 2nd, 5th, 6th of 60; Cat. H "Old birds" 4., 13, 20 of 58 German pigeons. How could something so passionren, when you consider how much German homing pigeons at the last Olympiads have cut off?

On Friday evening, there was the FCI awards ceremony. Outstanding was the presence of the former Hungarian President PAL Schmitt, who was himself a two-time Olympic champion in fencing. Olympia and the FrieHe stressed very densgedanken and it was shining in his eyes. The Hungarian letter pigeon Association President Istvan Bardosz and the FCI President Dr. Jose Tereso, who was re-elected on Saturday then said some words. Hungarian breeders have been honored, himself a long time attracted. Then there were two musical deposits, which have been extended to very well. Yes and then it came to the main reason and high point of the evening, the ceremony of internationally winning breeders in the various FCI competitions. Big winners the two pigeon competition came from Greece, the brothers of ABO Bakr, and the big winner the German 4-pigeons competition is Karl Heinz lang which mixes with also big in the FCI. The first three heeach held a beautiful work of art, which had been selected by Martha of Geel.

German breeders such as Alfons Klaas, Siegfried Mayer, Günter Götz, Toni Deigner, Hallmann Kanth from the team of Sylt 2000, Karl Heinz Waldow Thiel from the Team Germany, Dieter Siebert, Joksch Bremen were long in the different categories of 2013/2014 under the top ten represented. There are some growers who are sent to the 43 racing pigeons and breeders to a few or in the Sent every two year only to two race or a race pigeons. So the chances of Deaf front and often to placewaypoint, are the highest in the former. But may still change the mode.

The General Assembly took place on Saturday. Horst Menzel was Vice President of the FCI.
